I’m an avid cyclist based in Ireland. If you know Irish winters, you know they drive us indoors. After upgrading to a new Zwift Ride, I was excited for the season ahead—until the pain started.

Perineal numbness. It was uncomfortable, worrying, and persistent. I tried every saddle on the market, but nothing worked. I knew it was my setup, not the seat.

I’d had a professional fit for my road bike before, and it was transformative. But hauling a smart bike and trainer to a studio? That simply wasn't an option. I scoured the internet for a tool that could give me a real, 3D fit at home, but came up empty.

I built a prototype using the latest AI computer vision models. It analyzed my kinematics in real-time, spotted the issue, and guided me to fix it. The numbness vanished. My power went up. That prototype became BioDialed.
