- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (via Clerk Authentication).
- Biomechanical Profile: Information you provide during the Intake chat, including injury history, riding goals, and comfort issues.
- Usage Data: Video files you upload for analysis and the resulting AI-generated reports (stored in Google Cloud Storage and our database).
- Payment Data: Transaction history. We do not store credit card numbers; these are handled securely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Provide and personalize the AI biomechanical analysis.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Improve the accuracy of our AI models (anonymized data only).
- Communicate with you regarding your account or service updates.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the US and EU, managed by Google Cloud Platform and Neon (PostgreSQL). We employ industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Video files are stored in private Google Cloud Storage buckets accessible only via signed authentication tokens.
4. Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with the following trusted providers:
- Google Vertex AI: For processing video analysis.
- Clerk: For identity management.
- Stripe: For payment processing.
- Vercel: For hosting and infrastructure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Dashboard settings, or by contacting us.
