Welcome to BioDialed. By accessing or using our AI-powered biomechanical analysis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Service

BioDialed utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini / Vertex AI) to estimate biomechanical angles and provide cycling position recommendations.Disclaimer: This is NOT medical advice.The analysis provided is for informational and performance purposes only. You should consult with a qualified physical therapist or medical professional before making significant changes to your equipment or training if you have a history of injury.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (via Clerk) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Seasonal Plans: These are one-time payments granting access for a specified duration or quota. They are non-refundable once the service has been used (i.e., a video has been analyzed).
• Annual Subscriptions: These recur annually. You may cancel at any time via your Dashboard or Stripe portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the AI fails to generate a report due to technical error, you are entitled to a credit restore or refund.

4. User Content

By uploading video content, you grant BioDialed a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store that content for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your video data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioDialed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from bike fit adjustments.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
